International Relations is responsible for managing relationships with our University Partners and governments. The incumbent would be responsible for actively working with the business clients and deepening expertise in a range of practice areas including market development and strategy.

The role entails supporting and eventually, management of select university relationships, through understanding university clients, offering personalized solutions and using the available resources to improve their market position and ability to create long term value for key stakeholders.

  • Identify business opportunities, develop key customer & client relationships and develop & maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions and sentiment.
  • Research the client organization – identify issues and opportunities, create hypothesis on actionable(s) that would create value for client(s), translate analysis into meaningful insights and recommendations for key decision makers in the business
  • Relationship Development – Understand priorities and needs of stakeholders, formulate and propose personalized solutions that create long lasting relationships and ensure their market development and learning needs are met
  • Quick movement into action for client(s), develop plans to implement strategic recommendations and manage execution. 
  • Gain and absorb market specific intelligence on higher education, career opportunities, skill shortages and industry dynamics
  • Intermediate level of responsibilities and interaction with universities to manage market relationships, external communication and learning and development
  • Internal Relations: work with our teams to resolve student queries and university and market-specific queries, and to grow and recruit for Partners.


  • Masters in any discipline
  • Global education or work experience would be preferable


  • 2-4 years’ experience in B2B service environment
  • Candidates with no experience can also apply


  • Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner 
  • Good understanding of consumer behaviour for professional services 
  • Strong leadership skills with effective organisational and planning capabilities 
  • Ability to drive data-driven decision making
  • Work efficiently in a matrix organisation
